Free domestic & international shipping

Free standard shipping. Orders ship out within 2 - 3 business days, Monday - Friday. For domestic orders, ship times are approximately 3 - 5 business days after shipping, depending on location.

Shipping outside of the US?

Email us at info@serafidesigns with your specs, and we will have our international shipping partners arrange the shipment.

Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are payable by the customer, not to the provider. Before placing an order, customers are advised to make inquiries with their local customs and tax authorities.

Sending a gift

All items purchased as a gift are gift-wrapped on a complimentary basis and include a personalized note that you specify when confirming your purchase.

Gifts are shipped in brand-free boxing; no price is included in the delivery documentation.

RETURNS

Domestic returns

Free domestic returns are available within 14 days of your online order delivery date. Simply contact us at info@serafidesigns.com, and we will help you with your return. Please note that the items must be in original condition. Please allow 10 -14 business days for your refund.

International returns

For orders that are returned to us from outside the US, kindly note:

The costs for the return shipment and any related fees for importing the goods back to the United States are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure that your package is insured, traceable, and prepaid. Any duties/costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself how to declare the goods to avoid extra costs before shipping your return.
